I was lucky enough to live and work on a farm that was near the town of Östersund, which is in the province of Jämtland. My time in the middle of Sweden consisted of drinking extremely light beer and extremely strong kaffe; eating moose, potatos & hard bread; riding my 30 year old bicycle through the forest and playing with a dog called Pixie.
